Although The Free Methodist Foundation may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, The Free Methodist Foundation is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. The Free Methodist Foundation will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing The Free Methodist Foundation to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

Privacy Policy
Free Methodist Foundation respects the privacy of users who visit each of the sites within the Free Methodist Foundation network. No effort is made to identify individuals without their knowledge. The following policies are in effect for all of the Web pages owned and operated by Free Methodist Foundation (The Free Methodist Foundation Network includes all sites constructed and/or hosted by Free Methodist Foundation)

When a visitor requests pages at any Free Methodist Foundation. site, our Web servers automatically recognize the browser's domain name, and IP address. Our servers do not record e-mail addresses. We collect the domain names and IP addresses in order to aggregate information on what pages users access or visit. Free Methodist Foundation maintains a strict "no-spam" policy. Your e-mail address will not be sold to a third party if you sign up for one of our e-newsletters or discussion lists.

If you sign up for an e-mail newsletter or discussion list at a Free Methodist Foundation site, you will receive only the e-mail newsletter or discussion list you have requested.
